Mountain Bikes can he hired locally. For the windsurfing connoisseurs there is Tarifa where world championships have been held, 'Highly Recommended'. There are family water sport Centres in Estapona and Marbella.

Salted fish, fried fish Málaga style, octopus salad and sardines on the spit or the "teja" sweet are some of the delicious specialities which make up the culinary heritage of Estepona.
