Follow the Forestry Commission Horse Riding Code

Only ride on forest roads, bridleways and waymarked riding trails
Give way to walkers and be friendly to other forest users
Watch out for walkers, cyclists and dogs and always be friendly
Danger! Follow all warning signs
Danger! Do not pass any vehicle loading timber
Remember vehicles use forest roads as well as you
Don't build jumps or hurdles or attemp to to jump stacked timber
Close all gates
Always ride sensibly and come back again!
