The Hunter-Campbell
Consultancy was set up in 1991 and right from the outset made a conscious
decision to do things differently. We decided to confine our recruitment
services to one particular niche market – the financial services
industry or more precisely, all areas of Front Office and Compliance.
As a result of our continued success we are now looking to make a number
of key strategic hires.
The Role
We are looking
to expand our Front Office team who’s clients include leading Investment
Banks, Brokers, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. The role is highly varied
as you will work with some of the most forward-thinking companies in the
industry forging lasting relationships that will grow your business. Working
on both a search and contingency basis with your clients, business development,
meeting clients and perspective candidates, selling and negotiating are
all integral to your success.
You
You will have over
18 months experience within a recruitment consultancy and now looking
for greater autonomy and potential to make a serious life-style change
or have industry experience from within the financial services industry,
ideally front office. This is an ideal opportunity to grow a business
within a business for someone who is focused and looking for a mature
autonomous environment.
